How long is a session?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. If you would like to discuss a different duration don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to accommodate you.

 

What is the cost of a session?

Fees vary depending on the clinician, and type of service. Please contact our booking page here for details.

 

Do you offer consultation calls?

 

A key indicator that therapy will be successful, is a good fit between you and your clinician. That's why we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call. During this consultation, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your therapist, learn about their approach, and ask any questions you may have about working together. 

 

Where do sessions take place?

At this time all sessions are offered on a secure online platform. 

 

What payment methods can I use?

Our online system allows you to easily pay by credit card. 

 

What if I need to change or cancel my session?

No problem, we just ask that you give us 24 hours notice.  A late cancellation leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $90 fee.

 

How many sessions will I need?

 

The length of treatment varies from one person to another and will depend on your goals. Some clients are interested in short term solution focused therapy, while others prefer more long term support. In your first sessions, you and your clinician can discuss what will suit your needs. 

 

Do you provide insurance receipts?

 

Yes! We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine your eligibility according to your particular plan.
